The Drone major claims to be a platform department for training drone experts meeting various needs, by providing knowledge of mechanical, robotic, electrical, and electronic engineering technology with computer and software technology, as well as operational knowledge provided by the departments related to police, fire, national defense, and industry.

The Drone major aims to cultivate human resources to spread the use of drones in various fields, by educating drone design and maintenance experts, drone operation experts, and drone data utilization experts through various interdisciplinary learning.
